The Level Up Scheme: Supporting Digital Inclusion in Our Education Community

Sweethaven are proud to be supporting Level Up Reigate & Banstead; a project that provides refurbished laptops for children and young people who need them for home study.

Digital inclusion has moved to the top of the agenda for the education community, as the Covid-19 pandemic has forced a shift once again to remote teaching and learning. The Level Up scheme is designed to distribute equipment to those pupils who don’t have access to a laptop for home learning.

To best support this important initiative, Sweethaven is calling out to local business for:

·       Donation of any unwanted laptops running Windows 7, 8 or 10 and that have at least one USB port

·       Purchasing and donation of any “wish list” items for the scheme (appearing on the Sweethaven website soon)

·       Offering preferential pricing support for any businesses looking to undergo IT equipment refreshes in return for old kit donation to the scheme

If you would like to find out more on the above, or if your school is in need of additional laptops for pupils to enable home learning, please don’t hesitate to contact the Sweethaven team on:

On behalf of all of us at Sweethaven, a heartfelt thank you to all those working so hard to look after our education community in times of such unprecedented challenge. We are here to help and support in any possible way we can.

If you’re from a business and would like to support, please visit our B2B Website for more information.
